Scholl Soles In-Balance Anti-Pain Lower Back 1 Pair are insoles for flat shoes. They support the position of the foot and help relieve lower back pain.

The integral insoles and the reinforced heel cup work in 3 ways, they :

instantly absorb the shock of pressure on the lower body,
push the shape of the foot for even weight distribution and optimal pressure reduction,
stabilize the position of the foot to adapt to the natural gait.

Directions for use

Before use, ask a doctor, pharmacist or podiatrist for advice.

Make sure the product fits properly in the shoes. If necessary, remove existing insoles. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe.
For optimal use, cut the end to size according to the following recommendations:

For some people, pain relief may take time. The feet must adapt to the structural properties of the insoles, so a period of adaptation may be necessary. If necessary, use the insoles progressively every day and more and more frequently, until you can wear them all day.
