Description

Overstims Hydrixir Long Distance 3kg is an isotonic and antioxidant energy drink preparation for long efforts. Its specific formula composed of 4 types of carbohydrates (maltodextrins, glucose syrup, dextrose and fructose), electrolytes and BCAA (branched chain amino acids) provides optimal hydration and helps maintain your efficiency throughout the effort.
Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions help maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increase water absorption during exercise. In addition, they help to maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increase water absorption during exercise:

vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress,
vitamins C and B6 help reduce fatigue,
vitamin C contributes to a normal energy metabolism.

The bag allows the preparation of 55 cans of 600ml.

Directions for use

Recommended dosage: 90 g/L, i.e. 72 g of powder for 800ml of water and 54 g of powder for 600ml of water.

Pour a dose of powder and make up to the recommended volume with water.

Drink at the beginning of the effort, without waiting until you are thirsty, one to two full mouths every 5 to 10 minutes.
As the product does not contain any preservatives, the prepared drink should be drunk on the day it is prepared.

This product is intended, taking into account a normal diet, to meet the needs of an immediate muscular effort made during a competition or in special environmental conditions.
It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
