Eafit Muscle Construction Amino Max Pro 375 Tablets is a food supplement in form of tablet developed to favor the muscle mass-building while increasing daily protein intake.
This food supplement associates vitamin B6 which allows to promote the normal energetic metabolism, Vitamin E, Zinc and Selenium contribute to protect the cells against oxidative stress. It contains 3 sources of different proteins: casein, Whey protein concentrate and white eggs.
On training days, take 3 to 5 tablets with a large glass of water, between the meals.
It is recommended per day to have a medium proteic supply (meal included) of 1.5kg per kg of body weight that can reach 2g in case of intense muscular stress.
