hot (thermotherapy): muscle stiffening, back pain, torticollis, lumbago, menstrual pain,
cold (cryotherapy): sprains, elongation, blows and bruises, headaches and toothache.

Ultra-flexible, it offers an immediate effect.

It is supplied with a cover (20 x 30 cm).

Directions for use

Read the manual before use.

Cold: in the refrigerator or freezer.

Then insert the cushion into its cover and place it on the painful area.

After each use, store the cushion in the plastic pouch provided in the case and keep it at room temperature away from light.

Do not apply directly to the skin, hot or cold, or to injured skin.
